A wall atop the grand staircase in Kismet Cowork on Main street in Manayunk, Pa, provided the opportunity to design a form, that would catch all passerby’s through the massive full glass facade of the space. The form was built to depict 2 individual “paths” that intertwine with one another as they move from one side of the wall to the other. Wrapping around a television and the company’s logo the forms provide ample surfaces to display books and smaller goods, the far right of the structure breaks away from the wall that the main feature is attached, providing a knee wall to partition this greater lobby space from an area of designated desks. The whole form was designed in a series of layers allowing LED strip lighting to be installed lending to the shelves feeling of floating on the wall.
